Traditional NTS
Mead. 2024 Texas International Wine Competition Silver Medal Winner. 2022 Valkyries Horn Mead Competition Silver Medal Winner. As in "Not Too Sweet". Most people think anything fermented with honey would have to be very sweet, but this is not true. Our Traditional NTS uses Arkansas Wildflower honey, which gives this drink a more complex flavor profile than our Traditional Sweet. We finish it out to a medium sweet finish at 14% alcohol by volume. An excellent choice when chilled and served with chicken, fish or pork.

Hippie Mead
Honey Wine with Rose Hips and Hibiscus. 2024 Meadcrafters Silver Medal Winner. This is our version of a blushed wine. Hippie Mead is infused with Rose Hips and Hibiscus Flowers which gives it a great floral nose and flavor profile, with good mouth feel from the flowers' tannins. The beautiful pink color is a great side benefit also! Equally good served chilled or at room temperature. 14% alcohol by volume.

Honey Wine with Black Currants. 2024 Meadcrafters Bronze Medal Winner. Black Currants infused in our Arkansas Wildflower Honey Mead give this drink more of a fruity flavor than our Traditional offerings. Finished on the semi-sweet side, it's best served chilled. Try Currant Events in place of a Pinot Grigio.

Angry Earl
Honey Wine with Earl Grey Tea, Sage Leaves, and Peppercorn. 2022 Valkyries Horn Mead Competition Silver Medal Winner. Angry Earl combines Arkansas Wildflower Honey Mead with Earl Grey Tea, Sage, and a touch of Rainbow Peppercorn. Tannins from the tea give the drink a more substantial mouth feel, while the Bergamot Oil in the Earl Grey and the Sage complement each other to add dimension to the flavor profile. After a swallow, you'll note just a touch of bite from the Rainbow Peppercorn on the finish, enough to let you know Earl is Angry.

Honey Wine with Elderberries, Chamomile, and Vanilla. Our Elderberry Mead is a heavy bodied sweet red wine with a lot of herbal goodness! Elderberries and Chamomile combine together with Vanilla to make this a drinking favorite! 14% alcohol by volume. Serve at room temperature.

A Semi-Dry Honey Wine and Grape Wine Blend. 2022 Meadcrafters Competition Silver Medal Winner. A semi-dry and highly refined red. Honey Zin combines the delicate flavor profile and bouquet of Arkansas Wildflower Honey with the spice and dark fruit flavor notes of Old Vine Zinfandel grapes from California. The result is an exquisite blend of flavor that unfolds in the mouth, and finishes with a satisfying touch of grape skin tannins. 14% alcohol by volume.

Juniper's Choice
Honey and Grape Wine with Juniper Berries, Caraway and Peppercorn. 2022 Meadcrafters Competition Bronze Winner. This is a spiced mead that treats your palate to notes of grain, peppercorn, and juniper berries. A small bit of Chardonnay Wine is also mixed into the finished product to add a buttery mouthfeel to the end product. Best served chilled. Juniper's Choice is one of the few white wines that pairs well with steak, but it is also works well with sweet dishes where the spice in the drink helps reset your palate for another bite.
